601 W 110th St. (College Residence) is a privately owned apartment building with a mix of students & tenants.
Barnard residents are bound by College & Residential Life & Housing policies, which may differ from the expectations for other tenants.
Note: Students living at 110th St. should submit repair requests directly to the building staff (instead of through the Barnard Facilities Work Order form).

Furniture | Bed, desk, chair, dresser, and wardrobe/closet space. Beds are a combination of regular and XL twins. |

Bathrooms | Each suite shares 1 - 2 bathrooms. Students are responsible for cleaning their suite bathroom(s). |
